I made my first attempt at a website when I was in the fourth grade. I was in a web design class for Creative Academics, and while the site didn't look very good (remember the days of tables and IconBazaar?), it did pique my interest enough that I kept pursuing it.

My senior year of high school, after several years of trial and error, I finally took my first actual course in web design. Building upon that knowledge, I have since created many websites, each a little bit more ambitious than the last.

Whenever I create a new website, I try to challenge myself to learn something new-- be it a different kind of layout, interesting navigation, whatever it is, I always try to grow as a designer whenever working on a project.

Take a look at a site I've created by clicking the name in the navigation to the left.
