Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of beef
- Two cups of shredded cheese
- One can of enchilada sauce
- Twelve flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Cook beef on stove top until brown. Pour about half of the can of enchilada sauce into beef and mix. Spoon beef and 1 cup of shredded cheese into the flour tortillas and roll. Place in ungreased baking dish and cover with the other half of the enchilada sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° in oven for about 20 minutes.
