Fresh Fruit Dessert Pizza!!
"A cookie dough crust, cream cheese filling, and fruit topping. Low-fat, kid-friendly, easy to make, entertaining, and healthy!"

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
Servings: 10
Main Ingredients:
- 12" pizza pan
- 1 pkg. of refrigerator sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of white or powedered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- An assortment of fresh fruits of your choice (bananas, peaches, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and strawberries)
Recipe Directions:
- Spread sugar cookie dough on 12" pizza pan until whole pan is covered.
- Bake according to package directions, and let cool. (Typical oven temperature: 350° for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.)
- In a large mixing bowl, whipped softened cream cheese with a 1/2 cup of sugar and vanilla extract until blended.
- Once mixed, spread on cooled cookie crust.
- Freeze the crust with filling for about an hour.
- Drain fresh fruit in colander to prevent soggy crust.
- Slice fruit, and arrange on top of filling according to your taste.
- Chill and serve. Enjoy!
*My recommendation is to make sure you have space in the fridge (which is tricky if you are a guest) and only leave the dessert pizzas out for a maximum of 2 hours before serving.
